How to Make Repeat Customers

Best sushi I have had in DFW since I moved back here over two years ago.  I had been looking for good sushi and finally found my new go-to place.  So many sushi places have changed to serving very small pieces of fish.  Pho V is very old school and serves good sized, high quality fish in their sushi.  I will definitely go back to try their pho!  Michael E

Chicken pho, sushi dumpling were very good!  Busy place with lots of happy customers!  What a nice surprise!  Helen S.

Sushi is great because of the simplicity of the food and the complexity of the flavor.

It’s among the most beautiful foods.

Sushi can be one of the healthiest foods – it can also be turned into the least healthy with too many sauces and frying!

Sushi doesn’t always have to be fish.

Japanese influence in America increased in the ‘70s and ‘80s. Along with that, the desire to have access to fresh sushi increased. That attracted chefs from Japan who helped to spread the idea and love for sushi across the country.

The California Roll was probably one of the earliest offerings to become widely accepted. We could call it “Starter Sushi!” Many Americans cut their teeth then and still today on California Rolls finding the combination for avocado and crab easier to try – and like.
